I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Laboratory (CVPRL), LUT University, Finland.

My research focuses on trustworthy emotion understanding with multimodal large language models. Beyond improving their emotion understanding capabilities, I am particularly interested in privacy preservation, reliability, and interpretability.

I am supervised by Prof. Heikki Kälviäinen, with Prof. Xin Liu as co-supervisor. I also collaborate closely with Prof. Guoying Zhao.

I received my M.Eng. and B.Eng. degrees from Tianjin University, China, in 2024 and 2021, respectively.
